FAQS

How do I get to Penn?

Penn’s campus is easily accessible for those coming by bus or plane! For people taking either Bolt or Megabus, campus is only one subway stop ($2.25) away, or if you want to save the money, a 10 minute walk. For Greyhound, you’ll get off in Chinatown, so you can grab a meal before coming to campus – also just a few subway stops away. For those arriving by plane, you have multiple options to get to campus: shuttle service ($10), Uber (about 10 dollars a person), taxi ($28), or you can take public subway transportation ($8).

Where are we staying on campus?

Do not fret! You will be accommodated at the luxurious University City Sheraton, just two blocks away from the heart of campus. Treat yo’self this Valentine’s Day weekend with an ultra-comfortable hotel bed and a wide selection of dining and retail locations at your fingertips!

What’s this whole Venmo thing?

Venmo is a mobile payment app that was developed by Penn students (not to brag or anything) and allows users to send money to each other instantly. The app is simple to set up and is can easily be linked to your debit card or bank account. The Eventbrite registration has multiple add-on fees so if you prefer, FOR ACCOMODATIONS ONLY, you can bypass these fees by Venmo-ing us directly! Instructions can be found on our Eventbrite. Please reach out to us if you need any help in using the app!
